Nancy posted the listing for our home on MLS the first of April. On the third of April we had a signed contract offer at full asking price that requested a closing on or before the 18th of the following month. That offer was from the very first visitors who walked through our home on the first of the month, and before an open house scheduled for the first Sunday in April. That quick offer was not the result of "happenstance", but the result of Nancy's work in the 2-3 weeks before the home went on the market. That work included Nancy's ideas for our home's presentation/staging and home service agreements for the buyers, along with preparation of the on-line listing and development of booklets and pamphlets that highlighted the home's benefits and ease of living.
